Requirements Analysis

This is the first and most important phase in the consulting role. By working with our clients to help define their requirements and goals first, we can help them realize the business purpose of the proposed project. This process allows us to quantify the project requirements, then  create a design criteria for the project. Our consultants meet with the client’s managers first for clear understanding on the project’s business goals and expectations. Then they meet with the client’s IT staff to become familiar with the technology environment.
