The New Powerware BladeUPSTM by EATON is a breakthrough in UPS technology.
BladeUPS provides both 120V and 208V power with Single and 3 Phase outputs for High Density Server Applications, such as 1U and Blade Servers. (other 6U units only offer single phase 208V outputs and require an external transformer to convert to 120V power).

The BladeUPS features Hybrid Paralleling Technology allowing 2-6 units be stacked to deliver up to 60KW (with N+1 redundancy), in a single rack. (Other competing vendor's units occupy 2-3 times more racks/floor space for the same rated output).
And because they can operate as individual units or be stacked, you can start out with just a single unit, mounted in your existing rack, yet add and combine units as your requirements change, with no high upfront costs and no lost investment. (Other vendor's modular UPS require that you buy expensive "frames" to support their modular UPS)
More Flexibility and UP Time with Lower Support Costs
The EATON Powerware BladeUPSTM features Paralleling Technology, to ensure that power is always available to the load even if a single UPS fails. In addition, it offers user serviceable Hot-Swap Modular Batteries and UPS Power Modules with built-in Automatic Maintenance Bypass. This means that you can simply replace modules yourself, so that your data center servers will not need to shut down to add UPS capacity or to replace the front panel accessible modules.
